Kazuhiro Tanimoto is a generative artist and chemist with a Ph.D. in engineering, working in material research and development. He builds real-time generative systems that leverage the computational capabilities of computers, focusing particularly on dynamic audio-visual expression. His work is included in the Rhizome ArtBase. His works have been exhibited internationally, including at WSA (New York City), VA HUB (Taipei), NEORT++ (Tokyo), Art Blocks Gallery (Marfa) and The 21st Japan Media Arts Festival (Tokyo).
